Two lakes- Harper North is a small pothole lake, Blanchard (South) is part of the Clearwater River. Harpers Lake Fishing Access Site does offer camping. There is a fee and a 7 day stay limit. A boat launch, toilets and access for camp trailers is available. Only non-motorized boat use allowed. Disabled fishing platform. Existing ADA Level: Easy Accessibility. 14 campsites.
I-90 East to Hwy 200 East, Go 33 miles to Clearwater Junction (Large Cow) turn left, Go 1.5 miles & turn left.
